Simply Smart Services began initially as Simply Smart Staging in Northern VA in 2016.  We worked with many home owners and real estate agents to help sell their homes faster and for more money.

Today that business has moved to Florida and we are now our own real estate agents with our own listings and we provide so much more.  We represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.  We provide repair and remodel services for clients who want to get top dollar for their homes.
